Build Your Brotherhood. Unleash Your Potential.

Manscending equips men and fraternity leaders with the tools to stay grounded, connect authentically, and lead with courage through our online community and coaching programs.

Meet Your Guide

Hi, I’m Colin Bye – a certified yoga teacher, breath trainer, and life coach who’s passionate about helping men reconnect to themselves and each other.

I create spaces where growth feels possible and brotherhood feels real. Whether I’m working with fraternity chapters, athletic teams, non-profit leaders, or individual men seeking transformation, my gift is building bridges between people and giving them the tools to lead with calm confidence and clarity.

What We Do

For fraternities, we help national organizations and campus chapters reduce risk, strengthen brotherhood, and improve mental health outcomes. Our workshop series gives brothers the tools to skillfully lead through stress, difficult emotions, and conflict while our Mental Health Chair program trains peer-leaders to help create a culture of accountability and care in their chapters.

For individual men, we offer research-backed breath and meditation coaching with accountability so you can enjoy greater health, deeper relationships, and clarity of purpose. As your coach, I will help you uncover your core values, untangle limiting beliefs, and take repeated, aligned actions to become a more authentic and powerful version of yourself.

For ongoing support, growth-minded men can join Mindful Manhood – a community of guys who are trading comfort and distraction for growth and connection. Through group practices, regular reflection, and real conversations, you’ll build the tools and inner strength to show up fully in your life with brothers by your side.

What Makes Us Different

Unlike one-time speakers or quick-fix coaching, my approach creates systemic change. I don’t just drop in and talk about mental health, I equip men to lead change from within their chapters and communities. I focus on lasting transformation through:

  • Empowering peer-led programs that ripple out into chapter culture

  • Protocols to effectively regulate the nervous system and lead with integrity

  • Equipping men with proven strategies for handling uncertainty and changing behavior

  • Creating the conditions for real connection without posturing, dogma, or judgment

Because I’ve walked this path myself as a fraternity brother and a man committed to growth, I speak from experience, not just expertise. I meet men where they are, whether they’re seeking rapid growth or just trying to make it through the week.

PS- Change doesn’t have to be so hard.

Transformation can be challenging, especially for fraternity leaders with limited time, rising expectations, and brothers who aren’t always sure how to show up for each other. You want measurable outcomes, engaged alumni, less hazing, fewer incidents, and a real sense of belonging within your chapters.

I get it. And I’m here to help.

Our programs give you a practical process to support your goals, cultivate lifelong friendships, and start real conversations about well-being without making brothers feel policed or punished.

You don’t have to carry this alone. Let's shift the culture together.
